What are the housekeeping and occupancy status codes?

Often, you may see occupancy and housekeeping statuses noted in the system with room numbers. The status are made up of two codes. For example: V/D, V/C, O/I, etc.

The first letter is the occupancy status of the room. V means vacant, and O means occupied.

The second status code is the housekeeping status. They are as follows:

D - Dirty
C - Clean
I - Clean and Inspected

When a room is marked, for example, O/I, that means that it is Occupied, Clean, and has been inspected by housekeeping.
